Name a book you love in a genre you normally don’t care for. What made you decide to read it? Did it make you want to try more in that genre?
THE UNDERSTORY by Elizabeth Leiknes. I’m not exactly sure what genre this book falls in. Quirky fiction? It’s a fantasy/chick lit hybrid, I suppose. Anyway, not something I would usually read, but I loved it! My review is posted HERE. Would I read more from this genre? Hmm…let’s say I would definitely read more from this author!
Bookish Sarah asks an interesting assortment of questions:
What genre do you avoid reading and why?
I avoid reading Young Adult (just can’t connect with that age group), though I recently bought ANNA DRESSED IN BLOOD for my Kindle when it was on sale. I love creepy ghost stories, and the blurb sounded pretty creepy! We’ll see how it goes…
