Booking Through Thursday: Organization
This week’s question:
How do you organize/store your books? Do you go through them often? Or do you pretty much just shelve them and then leave them alone until you need them?
My answer:
I love this question because I love organizing books. :-)
Paperbooks: Trade paperbacks and hardcovers are kept on bookcases in my little “library room” (pictured above - half of those books belong to my husband). My “to-be-reviewed” paperbooks have a special shelf (which is now overflowing!). I keep mass market paperbacks in tubs under my bed or on bookshelves in our storage area. The books are separated by genre, and sometimes series. (I don’t have all of those pictured anymore.)
eBooks: On my Nooks, each genre has its own virtual shelf. My Kindle is in complete disarray. I haven’t had the time to figure out the organization process yet, and I’ve had it almost a year. Ha!
I go through my books quite a bit. I love looking at the covers - very comforting.

NORTHERN FIRES by Jennifer LaBrecque
He’s too hot not to touch….
For construction foreman Sven Sorenson, Good Riddance, Alaska, is as close to heaven as it gets. It’s the type of place where a man can be a man…. Unfortunately, there’s one thing missing—women! Now that Sven’s finally ready to settle down, finding the right girl is next to impossible. Especially since he can’t keep his mind—or his hands—off the wrong one!
A high-flying bush pilot, Juliette Miller’s not interested in clipping her wings for commitment. She’s tried that and come up empty—twice. Still, her attraction to Sven is sizzling enough to melt the Alaskan chill. And it might convince her to find out whether the third time really is the charm.
Welcome to TOP OFF TUESDAY!
“What better way to top off a good book than with a GREAT Cover! Amanda from On a Book Bender, Christi from Smitten with Reading, and Felicia from Geeky Blogger’s Book Blog want to see the covers that made you swoon!”
First of all… L@@K! I figured out how to add comments to my Tumblr blog. *happy dance* So, please leave Sven and me a comment. LOL.
Speaking of Sven, doesn’t he have an impressive log? ;-)
